License to Navigate
Access to ConceptFlowa.com grants you a temporary, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the content. This is not an ownership transfer. The intellectual property residing on this server—including but not limited to source code, 3D renderings, wireframe schematics, and game logic descriptions—remains the exclusive property of the studio.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract assets from our interactive prototypes. The "Ghost Layers" and hover states are designed for visual inspection only. Attempting to scrape, crawl, or automatedly index our assets beyond standard search engine behavior violates our core security protocols.

Dispute Resolution
Our approach to conflict mirrors our game design: logic first, emotion second.
Notification
Disputes must be formally submitted via info@conceptflowa.com with specific clause references. Generic complaints are automatically archived.
Mediation
We allow a 14-day window for digital mediation. This is the preferred path for IP misunderstandings regarding asset usage.
Arbitration
If mediation fails, binding arbitration will be conducted in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with local commercial laws.
